- Two shows (World Poker Open and Bellagio Cup) are being split into two two-hour episodes. Perhaps this is related to WPT's effort to improve the television table blind structures.
- In addition to new hostess Layla Kayleigh, Kimberly Lansing, who's been providing online video segments as the tournaments run, will will be doing segments on the action that led up to the television tables.
