If you don't get a show on TV, or want to watch something old, torrents are your best option. The best place to download torrents of poker TV shows is the Poker Bay. Their support forum and FAQ will tell you everything you need to know, like what software you should use and that you need to change a default setting on your downloading software.
PokerTube and CardplayerTube are streaming video sites that have a lot of poker shows. Unlike torrents, however, they're divided into pieces, streaming video's quality isn't as good, and the videos may lag.
PokerStars.tv has all their taped (channel list) and live sponsored shows. See also their schedule.
NBC streams their shows on their web site with ads.
PokerStars replays their major tournaments through their software with the hole cards shown. You can find the replays in Tourney/Special.

In my latest install of uTorrent the default port setting was fine. I didn't need to be changed as mentioned above.
